  Anthony's is a place you go to with your significant other or family when you like Italian food and good wine, but don't like the whole chain-restaurant hustle and bustle feel. The atmosphere is very pleasing and calm. The food tastes good and sits well in the stomach. It's not too busy or bright with the interior view, which brings out a lot more romantic feelings and warm ambience. The best part for me is that even during busy times in the day, it's not too hectic to where I can't enjoy my time with my husband while he's trying to talk to me. Come here if these things I've lined out are things you want in a nice restaurant with fair prices.

  Food and atmosphere was nice even though my order was wrong. Bread tasted fresh and enjoyed a huge plate of food and left with leftovers. Service was nice and quick. Only complaint would be the waitress, due to the fact that she took my order by looking at what I was pointing at aimlessly and not from what I asked for. Even after correcting my order with a side of chicken nicely, she still responded wittily after I honestly apologized for not giving my order right to her with, “well you know what to do next time”. I would’ve left the place satisfied but Instead I felt uncomfortable and felt like it was my fault my order was wrong. Would recommend it for the food but make sure you’re not pointing aimlessly at the menu and clarify your order clearly.

  Anthony's Italian restaurant is one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been too. The plates are huge and have very generous portions on them, at a very reasonable price as well. The wait staff is really nice and polite. Also you might catch a glimpse of the mini chief, he is the owners son, he is so cute. He needs a mini chiefs outfit while hes there.

  Not the Best Italian restaurant I have ever been to in my life but when compared to what is offered locally than Anthony's is my only choice. The service is good, the food is good, the atmosphere is also delightful. When I ate there last, ,they had a young Asian boy playing on a piano he had brought for all of us to hear.

  It's not easy finding a fantastic Italian restaurant. While other places in town are mediocre at best, Anthony's surpassed expectations. First up, the service. It's hard to remember another server who was as knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and we didn't have to ask for a refill. Ask to be seated in Paul's section. The food. They didn't have it on the menu, but made a spinach artichoke dip for the bread. It was top notch. Add chicken to the shrimp and crab Alfredo? Not a problem. And the chicken tortellini modo mio was surprisingly fantastic. I'll happily eat here every time I want Italian in Fort Smith!
